The location was perfect!!!! Very close to the port by foot. A lot of restaurant and shops also close to the hotel. Nisli was the best!!! Very kind, sweet and ready to help you with everything you want!!!

Clean and spacious bedroom. The king size bed is super comfortable. Location is great and close to cafe and restaurants. It is only a short bus trip from the train station. It's walking distance to the touristy areas, Breakfast was wonderful with so many selections.

The staff was amazingly supportive and professional, the location is good - near the busy part if the town, breakfast was very good, the hotel is close to the metro station, close to markets, bars and shopping mall.

Staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay so much better. Alba at reception spent a lot of time helping me sort my transport to Spain as I was having trouble. She was so helpful and patient. Nisrene and a lovely gentleman at the restaurant were wonderful, professional and offered great suggestions. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice big shower too. It was lovely to be offered late checkout.

I had a great stay at the NH Collection Marseille. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, including delicious cheeses. The location is also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a solid 4-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was excellent. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The vieux port was 15-20min on foot which was perfect.

A super comfortable hotel in the heart of Marseille. I was given a room upgrade without asking, and the room was enormous! The bed was huge, the bathroom excellent and the breakfast buffet was ample. For such comfort I might have expected to pay a little more - NH seems to be a chain that looks after its customers.

Very clean, comfortable room with good air conditioning. I also liked the bar which had a nice selection of drinks. I also liked it that it stayed open until late and the service was good.

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, especially Nolan, but all the girls are super joyful and friendly as well! Love the people! breakfast is full of good options. More sweet treat than a dessert table, I love it!
